Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress. The Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program in order to assess the current level of an athlete’s ability and place the athlete in the correct class.

The Parisi Performance Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters the Parisi program. During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements.

FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES
Utilizing either Basic Strength or Advanced Strength programming, this program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further, in order for them to maximize their potential and reach their goals on game day.
At this level, programming aligns with the focuses of Total Performance training with an increases in difficulty and intensity to promote enhanced athletic performance.

FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGED ATHLETES
Utilizing either Basic Strength or Advanced Strength programming, this program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further, in order for them to maximize their potential and reach their goals on game day.
At this level, programming aligns with the focuses of Total Performance training with an increases in difficulty and intensity to promote enhanced athletic performance.

FOR ATHLETES OF ALL AGES
Working 1-1 with one of our coaches in addition to our Membership Training program. 30 min Focus Sessions are designed to hone in on areas athletes want or need a little extra 1-1 attention to focus on technical skills.

Focus: Motor skill development, problem solving, athletic movement, self-esteem building
Parisi PeeWee classes teach fundamental athletic movements to children 4-6 years old. This class integrates age-appropriate educational strategies with motivational coaching.
Parisi PeeWee will develop critical motor skills and problem solving abilities while building self-esteem and confidence.
